Cancellation Policy

Reservations & Payment Your date is reserved after we confirm your event details and receive your deposit, which applies toward your hosting fee. The balance is due seven days before the party. Bookings within seven days require full payment. If payment is overdue, we’ll contact you with a deadline before releasing your date. Your confirmation lists your package, guest limit, timing, location, deposit, and agreed fees. Products cost extra. Cancellations & Rescheduling Email talkconfidential5@gmail.com. Deadlines are measured from your scheduled start time. • At least 48 hours before: Receive a full refund or transfer your payment once to an available date without a rescheduling fee. • Less than 48 hours before: The deposit is retained; other hosting payments are refunded. Alternatively, transfer your full payment once to an available date within 90 days. • Canceling after a late-cancellation transfer: The deposit remains nonrefundable; other hosting payments are refunded. No additional cancellation fee applies. Refunds are initiated within 10 business days. Processing time varies. Applicable legal cancellation and refund rights remain unchanged. If We Cancel If we cannot host, including because of severe weather or an emergency, choose an available replacement date or a full refund. Guests & Venue All attendees must be 18+. Proof of age may be requested. Confirm attendance seven days ahead. Extra guests require approval and may cost extra; lower turnout does not reduce the fee. Provide a private venue, seating, refreshments, display space, venue permission for retail sales, and access 45 minutes early. Venue costs are yours. Travel and parking fees require advance agreement; address changes require approval. Timing & Conduct Guest delays may shorten the party without a discount. Extra time requires approval and agreed pricing. If we’re late, we’ll provide the full duration or refund missed time. Participation and shopping are optional. No nudity, sexual activity, or intimate touching. Unsafe conduct or harassment may end the event; refunds depend on services delivered and applicable law. Shopping & Privacy Taxes, delivery, returns, warranties, and required cancellation notices are addressed separately at checkout. Respect guests’ privacy. Recording and marketing use of identifiable guests require separate permission.
